Prime Roofing came round recently and carried out work on my roof. James kept us informed throughout the work, answered any concerns I had and his team were polite, professional, worked efficiently and completed the work to a high standard. had a really positive experience with Prime Roofing. They were reliable, efficient, and supportive throughout the whole process — from the initial inspection right through to the installation and aftercare. Replacing a roof is a big investment and can feel quite stressful, especially when you’re constantly wondering whether you’re making the right decisions and spending your money wisely. James was incredibly helpful and reassuring throughout. He took the time to explain everything clearly, provided evidence and photos where needed, and made sure I felt informed and confident at every stage.

They contacted us immediately I requested the work. (Guttering clean & repair) The price quoted on checker trade was the price paid. They arranged a time & date within 2 weeks which is what I'd asked. They did additional work, which I was expecting and agreed upon.

I put out a job search to fix a leaking gutter and get an inspection on a Thursday; had someone out to look on Friday and had the job complete by Tuesday (due to my availability). Fast and efficient, with no issues at all. The guys were polite and worked around any constraints on the day.
