Great company, I highly recommend! A+++ I couldn't be happier with the work done by prime to install 3 x CCTV cameras hard wired into an NVR. The cost was the lowest I'd be quoted on this app and the information provided before making the booking was very detailed with no pressure selling whatsoever. The engineer who came to install the system was very professional, friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. He gave great advise on where to place the cameras and the NVR box. His work (drilling, cabling etc) was very neat and tidy, and he even cleaned up after himself. The warranty provided on the work and equipment is the best I've seen too. Book this company to do your job!

Came within the specified time frame, very friendly, explained the issue and what needed to done. Replaced the necessary battery and worked through minor issues and ultimately a job well done.

Prime Security Installations installed and configured my alarm system. It didn't quite go according to plan but they stuck with it and worked with me to get to a solution. I really appreciated this. It's when there are challenges that a trustworthy, professional company steps up to meet them. Prime Security Installations did just that.

Was informed that engineer would arrive between 9:00 and 11:00am but after no contact at 1pm had to call them Was told he would be there at 3pm, which he was. Quoted £149 for repair / replacement of battery despite my sending photos of the panel showing battery needed Engineer was incorrectly informed about job and it was only a battery needed - cost approx £10 He tried to contact his boss to see if fee could be lowered to £90 but on overhearing the conversation the boss refused It was unfair but as I agreed to the fee I paid it I would NOT recommend their services although engineer good
