Excellent On time, highly professional credit to the company

We chose this team as a repeat of their great work in our main house. Prime were certainly not the lowest quote but the engineers, Matt and Nick were as expected; professional, solution oriented and tidy. Great job

Booking and on phone survey went well. First installer never turned up - rearranged for 2 days later. Engineer arrived and made some suggestions regarding the site of the installation of the external unit which resulted in a better looking routing of the ducting. Jack the installer was excellent. Really professional and took great pride in his work. Left no mess and explained how the unit worked using the wifi link. Expect many invitations to tie you in with their servicing plan. Dont expect any compensation for lost days work/hassle of rearranging install. Five stars based on the installation

So I had a gas boiler removal and flue removal which went fine and a Elektra Silver touch boiler put in with two vents and hole sealed up where the flue exited through the wall and it was all cleaned up as well and rubbish taken away the electrician came two weeks later with the special cable he had to order to connect the fuse box to the boiler but once done every thing has been working fine and quiet very quiet no noise at all very peaceful and cheap to run with my solar panels and battery storage expect it to be more expensive in winter
