  Loft Hatches

  Posted 25 September

Loft hatch in the House and Garage plus boarding

I recently had a loft hatch installed, as well as having my garage boarded a hatch fitted and shelving, I’m really pleased with the service from Primeway Home Solutions. Simon was the first to attend and was fantastic from the outset. He took the time to go through everything thoroughly, explained the work clearly, and made sure I was happy with the plans. On the day of the work, we had the pleasure of having Ben carry out the installation. Ben immediately noticed an issue with the loft hatch in the main house that hadn’t been anticipated. Rather than letting this cause a delay, he found a suitable solution so that the work could still be completed within the agreed timeframe. The workmanship was excellent, and everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. I would highly recommend Primeway Home Solutions to anyone looking for a professional and reliable service. Thank you to Simon and Ben for doing a great job!

  Great service

Great service, speedy appointment for booking a quote and person that quoted was very friendly and helpful. Fitter worked really hard and did a fantastic job from boarding whole loft and fitting loft door/ladder and he cleaned up afterwards. Would 100% recommend this company.

loft boarding, hatch and ladder install

Really pleased with the work carried out by the guys. They were friendly, helpful and easy to deal with throughout, with great communication . I accidentally ordered the wrong-sized loft hatch based on the original measurements, but they were very helpful about it they refunded me for the hatch and took it to use themselves, which saved me the hassle of trying to return or sell it. The standard of workmanship was very good, and everything was completed at a fair price. Overall, a really positive experience and I’d happily recommend them.

  Lofts / Loft Ladders

  Great service!

Simon and Ben were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We discussed various options and were able to specify a custom sized loft hatch to keep redecoration to a minimum. Work was carried out to a very high standard. The minimal snagging needed was completed without fuss and everything was left clean and tidy. Ben even returned to check and resolve a possibly unrelated issue a few days later. Would definitely recommend.
