Fantastic service, polite, efficient and made sure I was happy before leaving.

Excellent experience. Phoned Princes at lunchtime after finding them on Checkatrade. Spoke to Paul, explained problem. Booked visit for Thursday but said he would call back at 2.30pm today (Wed) to see if he could fit me in today. 2.30pm got a call from engineer Steve to say he could call in 30 mins if I wanted. Arrived on time. Immediately checked problem with signal. Re-aligned dish and fitted new LNB (would I like to keep old one, or he would dispose). Now have very good signal and can watch Freesat without picture pixillating. Steve, thank you, excellent engineer and customer skills person.

Prompt installation of aerial. Shoes were take off and protective mat laid. Would recommend.
