Carried out work, but left one item pending past 4 months - not responsive to repeat email and Phone reminders Not showing any signs of turning up/ returning our monies so we can get it done by another party

The fact that Lee is a locksmith and security alarm specialist gave weight to his advice about securing the property and fitting an appropriate alarm system. I am left confident that my home is now secure and monitored and that he is available should any issues arise. A pity that all building service companies do not meet the same standard. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend his services.

All fitted in a day - workmanship to the highest standard

Lee from the beginning was punctual, kind and a good source of advice. He was true to his word and kept in touch throughout the estimate stages, fitting and after the work was completed - called on two separate occasions for a courtesy call. He made sure everything was up and running ,and that we understood everything, constantly reassured us that all would be okay and it was and is. Also his apprentice Ryan was lovely, what a polite young man and was also extremely helpful and hard working. We would have not a seconds hesitation to recommend Lee and his company to anyone we know.

Lee was very clear about the issue and price, he responded to my call-out quickly, and worked efficiently.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, went the extra mile for us in an emergency situation with our house alarm. Professional and friendly guy, 100% would use again and recommend.
