Fitted replacement water softener cartridge for boiler, having carried out annual boiler service for two previous years.
Efficient, quick and effective. Also answered my questions courteously and in layman's language I could understand - very helpful. Efficient electronic delivery of invoice. Later, I had a problem with a radiator, which he gave advice for over the phone and offered to come and have a look, should it recur (which it didn't).
