  1st appointment he didn’t turn up 2nd appointment was here 15 mints and recommended power flushing. We had to wait two weeks and despite making a call to him where he assured us he would be there at 9 am he didn’t turn up again, no explanation even though we left three phone messages for him.

• Repairing a leaking pipe, changing a valve for the Megaflow and resetting the Megaflow system

  Dan is an excellent engineer, very professional, reliable and thorough. We had a leak coming from the kitchen ceiling and Dan had to cut a hole to locate it and do the repair. He also changed a valve for our Megaflow which was also faulty and leaking. The system was reset and Dan showed us how to do it ourselves in case of a problem. We are very happy.

  Dan's been out a few times for various heating or plumbing issues. He's friendly, knowledgeable and gets the work done quickly and tidily. Reasonably priced, I would highly recommed him. I already have recommended him to family and friends in the area.
