Stairlift
I contacted this company after a recommendation from a family friend who had used them a few weeks before. We received prompt and efficient service. Their customer care manager Sarah did a home visit treating my mother with dignity and kindness. There was no hard sell, just the facts. After taking a few days to decide a lift was fitted 2 days after placing an order. The fitter Josh was also pleasant and patient. Fitting only took an hour and a half, we had been quoted 3 hours by another company. We would both recommend them to others.
Stairlift installation
First class service from Priority Stairlifts. Both Jon and Sarah could not have been more helpful. Installation of a Rental stairlift and later a new stairlift was carried out to a high standard by skilled and friendly engineers. I would highly recommend the company both for rental and for new installation.

Excellent service at every step. Very fast installation from quote to demonstrating the fitted stairlift. I would recommend this company without hesitation. Josh the installer explained everything very carefully, nothing was too much trouble. Very happy.

Excellent service
We decided we needed to look into having a stairlift fitted. Priority Stairlifts responded immediately to our request for a quote. Sarah came within 2 days to view and measure the stairs and explain the options and prices. She was friendly, courteous and did not push us to buy. We agreed to buy a reconditioned model and to our amazement the installer, Josh, came the next day to fit the stairlift. He too was friendly and did the job efficiently and made no mess. He also explained clearly how it worked and what to do if we had any problems. I couldn't rate them highly enough.
