Very professional service - really nice people, well organised and efficient. The team were courteous and did a fantastic job and we wouldn’t hesitate to contact them with more building work in the future.Verified reviewerJob location: BN2410 Stripped out old rusty balconies and Geogian glass, fitted new steel balconies and laminated glass to 20 flats including organising sub contractors

As a Freehold Company of 24 flats, ground floor to fifth floor we have used Priory Builders for virtually all our maintenance work for about fifteen years and they always come up trumps. Elements of their work have included electrical, plumbing, painting inside and out, fitting new double glazing and managing the larger contracts and site management. Their communication is excellent which means there are rarely any problems and if there are glitches they are sorted out without a quible. Large or small jobs nothing is too much trouble.Verified reviewerJob location: BN218.75 Cavity tray checks and clearance, new weepholes, repointing and waterproofing of problem wall.

Awful experience, would not advise anyone to use this company. Have had at least 3 plumbers out since to try and fix the issues caused by the plumber installing the wrong tank (size and no Surrey flange) incorrectly (pipework incorrect). Refused to accept the mistakes, blaming it on other contractors (but clearly we wouldn't have needed other contractors if the job had been done properly in the first place). Very hard to communicate with. I suspect half the issue is that Glenn farms out the plumbing work so had no idea what actually happened.Verified reviewerJob location: RH7Response from Priory Builders (Eastbourne) Ltd
As you can clearly see, we do not receive negative feedback as a rule. This customer asked us to fit a new EPC immersion tank, which we did. She has other issues with her plumbing and electrics throughout the property. We were never informed there was any problem with the works carried out. The first we knew about it was her refusal to pay the invoice 2 and half months later. She refused to answer the phone despite several attempts to contact her. We were never given the opportunity to deal with any issues, having offered many times to attend since knowing about them. She has had other so called plumbers attend who have informed her that no Surrey flange was fitted. That is because and any qualified plumber would know that the new stainless steel immersion tanks do not require it as they have a secondary connection designed specifically for the same use. We continue to try to resolve this unfounded and unfair review.
