Priory Heating Ltd is a small Swindon based Plumbing and Heating Company. Set up in 2013 by Liza Van Zyl, we strive to offer a great service at competitive prices.
We are a team of four engineers, fully qualified in gas and between us cover LPG and Oil as well. We really enjoy the work and this shows through the high standard we maintain, no matter what the job is.
Our work includes:
- All aspects of plumbing - from a dripping tap to plumbing for new extensions ect.
- All aspects of heating - Natural gas,
- Heating system / boiler upgrades
- Heating / boiler breakdowns
- Boiler servicing and Landlords gas safety inspections

Identify and repair gas leak
Emergency request and came out on day called 7/7 identified and repaired
No hot water
Liza and her team were able to get a temporary fix sorted to get hot water going. They were then able to carry out a full system diagnostic / fault finding checks and replaced the intermittent defective part. Communication throughout was excellent and the fault was fully explained to me and how the defective item interfaced with the whole system Thank you Liza, your quick response to the initial problem was appreciated
Total bathroom refurbishment
The Priory team came in and totally transformed our bathroom right through from 1st fix to the end result of a stunning new bathroom which we love. They were a great team and worked so well together, were very professional and best of all they left everything beautifully clean and tidy at the end of each day. We couldn't fault them, they were simply the best!!
Re-fitted bathroom and new replacement boiler

Toilet repair
Excellent work carried out again. Have used before and would use again. As usual G and Lisa were professional, friendly, and unobtrusive, and the work was carried out to a very high standard. Highly recommended!
Re-routing heating, grey and black water piping in bathroom. Replace 8 radiators
Excellent service from both office and on site staff. Eliot the plumber was superb. Over 5 days 100% punctual, worked effcently, tidily and consistently throughout the day. No disappearing for another job. Excellent problem solver able to respond to the challenges of a 300 year old house. Company has dedicated office staff. Donna responded to all queries quicky and positively. Would use Priory Heating again.
