We transferred our monitored alarm system to Prism some years ago and have been extremely impressed by their professional, friendly service. They regularly service our house and garage alarms and only ever suggest cost-effective options. We recommended both our neighbours transfer their systems to Prism and having done so they have also been impressed by Prism's excellence. The lead technician Wayne is first class.

Received reminder re the annual service. Phoned to make an appointment for the service. Friendly, professional service. On the day scheduled for the service the engineer arrived on time, and checked/serviced all of the sensors, the keyboard, siren and the main unit. Very thorough, competent and friendly. Definitely recommend this company (seventh year of doing it, so they are good at what they do).

The complete Installation was carried out by Wayne ( Engineer) and Edward his Apprentice. The Quality of Workmanship and Professionalism was really Outstanding and sets a Gold Standard for all future Checkatrade personnel. Every aspect of the Installation was carried out with great Knowledge and Care and most importantly Excellent Communication.
