  10/10 for Spencer and Harry , brilliant team . Arrived promptly each day , very polite and worked solidly ,clearing up each day . Really pleased with the refurbishment of our living room. Very helpful from original quotation through to completion accommodating changes we requested during the work without issue. Would use them again for sure.

  10/10 – Outstanding garage conversion and porch infill. Highly recommend.

  10/10 – Spencer, Harry & Jack were fantastic. They completed our garage conversion and porch/hallway infill to an incredibly high standard and the finish is perfect. They communicated clearly throughout, worked extremely hard, and were always considerate especially as my wife was pregnant during the works. We’re delighted with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We’ve been so happy with the experience and made friends with them along the way.   Kitchen floor repaired after leak New cupboards and appliances fitted

  Large new conservatory. Fitted floors and flooring. Plasterboarded and plastered.

  The team have been a joy to work with. Extremely punctual and respectful. They’ve done very good work laying floors and plasterboarding and plastering. They have also brought in additional trades that have also been excellent - plumber and electrician.

  Utility Conversion and Extra Downstairs Toilet

  Pristine by name, pristine by nature. Couldn’t recommend Spencer & Harry highly enough. After months of trying to find the right company for the job I found Pristine Builders on checkatrade. I came to them with a very ‘half’ plan of what I wanted to do with the space and there’s no doubt they delivered. They prioritised the ideas I had given & provided suggestions along the way where I was more unsure. The room is now functional & stunning, and we couldn’t be happier with it.
