I recently had my carpets and sofa cleaned by pristine carpet cleaning and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. The team arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and treated my home with care and respect. My carpets look brand new, and I was especially impressed with how fresh and spotless my sofa turned out, it’s like having new furniture! Jake and a colleague cleaned bedroom staircase carpet, everything looked fine. I asked for a receipt but Jake could only send by email. As it was for my father I asked for a written receipt and also a business card. It wasn't until after they left I noticed the carpet was soaking wet and tried contacting Pristine Cleaning using the contact on the business card to ask how long it would take to dry. The number is not reachable ? I've tried contacting on here too but again it just goes dead, unable to contact so this is worrying! Wet through with dirty water Just wanted to let you know this.

Pristine carpet cleaners came out at short notice due to being let down at last minute by another company, arrived between times specified, got on with the job quickly and professionally. Thank you my daughter was thrilled with the job done.
