On the day I was told what time to expect Russell and he arrived promptly. He was very professional in his approach and I was confident that he would do a good job for me. This was reinforced when he started bringing in the very professional looking equipment. He explained what he was using and why and is obviously very knowledgeable about his trade. My sofas and carpets were very clean and fresh after the treatment. I would definitely recommend and use him
