Jack was friendly enough but kept promising to turn up but always had a last minute excuse. He eventually did the work and we had a good chat about his time management and how he was starting out.
I decided to ask him to do a bit more work which included laying bark he offered to buy it through is merchant, I sent over £190 in good faith on 27/05 and unfortunately the excuses started again on why it didn't arrive.
Eventually I ran out of patience and asked for money back, where more excuses started eventually leading to Jack resorting to insults, where I draw the line for any company.

In reply to this, mr Rock was offered a refund when his materials had been refunded. Replied with “keep the money, you need it more than me”. Mr Rock is more than entitled to a refund for his materials.
