We had water hammer noise in the pipes when we used washing machine. He came to fit a water hammer arrester today. No more banging sound in the pipes after that. And the charge is reasonable. Derek came to do our annual central heating service, to fit a new magnetic filter and fix an overflowing toilet cistern. He completed all these tasks efficiently and tidily and also fitted a new valve as part of fixing the water heating control. He has also been very helpful to me in deciding the best way forward for upgrading the water heating control. This is the 3rd year Pristine have completed our heating and plumbing requirements. Derek was on time, gave good advice and reassurance about what to do. Good communication. We sourced a like for like shower and then Derek arranged someone elseto install it on the day and all was fine. We would have liked Derek to install it himself because we were impressed with him as a person but at the end of the day the job was done and he did give clear advice to help us make a decision and it was all sorted.
