Could not have possibly found a better service - I really had thought I would never get the equipment moved (heavy Screenprinting machinery) to the second floor of a warehouse but Paul went above and beyond to help us and made the whole process seem easy whilst also having a laugh with us through the stressful moments.

What an outstanding service! Arrived early, was all prepared, couldn't have been more helpful. Gave good advice and was not just friendly but actually good fun while loading! Couldn't recommend highly enough. 11/10

Although this was the first working day after the Christmas Holidays - with no contact since December - I had been assured that the move would take place - at a time that suited me, 8am. On a Monday morning might have been too much to ask - but as I arrived at 7.50am. I could see Pritchard’s of London’s big van already parked outside and waiting .. Astonishingly - the job was done in no time - despite eight flights of stairs and no lift - and Paul Pritchard and his colleague could not have been more careful, friendly, and patient - taking my changes-of-mind in their stride.

We had to get a sofa into our first floor apartment through the sitting room window .From the start Julia and Paul were totally professional and on the day Pauls| expertise made the whole event run incredibly smoothly .I cant recommend this company enough .

Contacted Pritchard's in an absolute panic following the delivery of a new fridge freezer. Having had a site visit by the installers, we then found in practice, their measurements were wrong and we not only couldn't get the older unit out, we couldn't get the new unit in. Julia and Paul were simply exceptional. One phone call to the office and Julia was able to arrange for Paul to come to the property within and hour with the right equipment. That allowed the the freezer installers to be here, get the units swapped over and the new unit installed. Cannot praise Pritchard's enough.

Julia was timely and professional with her communication. She was able to shift things around to accommodate our request. Paul was early to the job and set up appropriately. Everything was handled with calm and ease and he collaborated with the kitchen team to make sure everything arrived safely to the 2nd floor. These were large worktops! This is our 2nd job that Pritchard's helped us with and we were very pleased both times. I highly recommend.
