Spent a lot of time with this tradesperson on Jan 22nd showing him the job - a full 2 bed flat renovation. He seemed interested and said to expect a quote early the next week. Late the next week I emailed to ask if he was still interested and would be sending a quote. Yes, he said, just waiting to hear back from a plumber. Almost 3 weeks since the site visit, nothing. Why would someone think it's ok to waste a potential customer's time like that? If not interested, just say so. Very disappointing.

Ben and his team did an excellent job and completed the job within the given time scale. It was exactly what I wanted! They cleaned up at the end of everyday and left my house spotless after the job. You’d never know they’d been! 5* quality builders.

I requested all the windows on the back of my house to be replaced and I am delighted with the standard of work Ben and Tom completed the job with. They were courteous, punctual, clean and communicated with me throughout the day numerous times to let me know what stage they were at. Plus, they quoted the work quickly and stuck to the agreed price. I will definitely be using PRM again and highly recommend these guys.
