    Mike was brilliant. He installed a new recorder box as the previous owners of our house took theirs. It turned out the cameras were past it and too! Mike sorted it all with professionalism and friendliness. He took me through all the app features, explaining everything and how to set up on multiple devices.     Having given up on the Sheffield-based company who had serviced my security system for years, I am so pleased I found Mike. Although he is based out of the county he was happy to come to Sheffield. During my initial call he listened carefully and suggested he come and service the system. He was clear about the price (very reasonable) and would also check prices for a new alarm panel in the hall that I wanted to change. Extremely pleasant, very thorough and competent, he ironed out all the anomalies in the system and changed the control panel box to my complete satisfaction. Excellent job.
