Used Pro Asbestos Solutions for a management survey on a flat we are buying in Barnes. James responded quickly and talked me through the options clearly, without pushing the most expensive. The price was fair and he sent an example report up front. Ben attended promptly, checked every room and lifted all the floor coverings, including the awkward spots I flagged. The report was clear and quick. I am not an expert and had questions, which James answered patiently and openly. No asbestos found, price exactly as quoted, clean invoice. Would happily use again and recommend.

The actual removal crew turned up exactly when promised, suited up properly in full PPE, and set up a proper decontamination area and negative pressure enclosure – exactly what you want to see for peace of mind.
