Imad and his team were courteous, responsive, polite and tidy throughout. Unfortunately, the installation took longer than expected, worsened by a leak damaging the downstairs ceiling and cooker hood. Although Imad organised it, I had to bear a cost of a new hood and its installation, ceiling repair and repainting amounting to £800 + the cost of the hood for one leak. Recently, a second leak occurred due to a 32mm waste pipe being improperly inserted into a 40mm pipe with only sealant, causing an inevitable failure. I had to personally address this by fitting a proper connector.

Additionally, we noticed the presence of mold when removing the kitchen ceiling, which takes time to develop, and we took the necessary steps to rectify it. Regarding the hood replacement, we apologize if there was any dissatisfaction. We replaced it as per your request, and if you provide us with the invoice, we will certainly reimburse you accordingly.
