quick efficient service and great communication

We were so desperate because our combi boiler was not functioning properly. The water from the shower and taps was getting hot and then go cold after 30 seconds. I posted the job on check the trade .After 10 minutes since I posted the job Phil called me and told me that he was coming to check our boiler later. Within 1 hour and 30 minutes Phil came and sorted out boiler. Now we are very happy and relaxed because our boiler is working perfectly fine.

I cannot fault Phil - he has provided an extremely good service. He is honest, thorough, knowledgeable and performs to a high standard. I have subsequently requested his services further. I would definitely recommend him

Needed a sum repair on my boiler , and Phil promptly add the replacement part on is van, he also notice that the manifold was not fit for purpose, something that was missed on my annual boiler service done last week. very communicative and explained why the need to replace the manifold also. very please with the work done .

We were very pleased with the boiler service undertaken by Phil. He came to our property promptly and was courteous and professional throughout. He took time explain carefully one issue with the boiler that emerged during the service. Phil’s customer communication before his visit was excellent. We would definitely recommend him.
