Water damage in listed building
I have a small house which is 300 years old which is listed.There was some heavy showers at the end of september which alot of water was getting into the building which done some very heavy damage.I rang sean from pro build to come and give us a qoute on a refit of the whole interior and fixing the roof with a little extra like a toilet and shower small kitchen.He slabbed and skimed all of the inside hung doors and skiring and archtrave painted and installed the small kitchen tiled the shower and bathroom.The quality of work done is perfection im delighted with the pro build team top finishJob location: MK4510 Posted 26 November 2019

Dug out my garden and laid 400 slabs

Made up two sets of shuttering to form two garage bases, including insulation and steel. Poured the concrete slabs and power floated. Laid two rows of engineering bricks.
I hired Sean because he had a good reputation for concrete work. He did not disappoint - he clearly knows his stuff, and the quality of the finish is excellent. The brickwork was not to the same very high standard, but I understand he had issues with a subcontractor, and I am fussy. I did find myself tidying up after the Pro Build team, perhaps this is an area they can improve on. I was disappointed to receive an invoice that was for more than the agreed quote. However, Sean explained why and we came to an agreement. All in all I would recommend Pro Build, especially for concrete work.Job location: MK1610 Posted 06 November 2019
