  Side return extension

  These guys are excellent and lovely to work with. Always pushing forward on each stage of the project and anticipating issues before they become problems. I would definitely use them again.

  Loft conversion plus fitting of staircase, associated re-configuring of walls and doors downstairs and re-wiring/re-plumbing of whole property..

  We were extremely pleased with all the work done in terms of the time taken to complete the project and with the quality of work. We have just put the property on the market and have had consistently positive feedback on all the work carried out by this company. Would definitely recommend them to others.

  Rear extention to the house and take out walls

  Really reliable and easy to communicate with team. The main builder is very supportive and kept in mind we had a young family living in the house the whole time.

  Rear single storey extension

  Pro Builds work is to a very good standard and they clearly know what they are doing. The guys arrived on site nice and early and always completed a full days work, Darryl is a good guy and nothing was too much trouble, if we wanted additional work (which we did) Darryl would provide a detailed quote and this was the price we paid. They have years of experience within their team and would often suggest new ideas on construction and internals which we had not thought of, we appreciated this and would often go with their suggestions which delivered the required outcome.

  Single storey rear extension

  Darryl and his team did a fantastic job in removing our old conservatory and building an extension. They were very reliable and tidy and if we wanted something changed nothing was a problem. Darryl was recommended to me by a friend and I would certainly also recommend him.

  Wrap around extension and loft conversion
