  Satisfactory but not top service.

  Pro clean did a satisfactory job cleaning my 2 bedroom house which was badly contaminated with animal waste. I do think they could have improved their service when asked to view the property to quote for the job if they assessed fully if the carpets were Salvageable. I tried to be plain when asking if all waste will be disposed of as part of the quote but some of the waste was left in the back garden and was subsequently asked to cover the additional expense of removing that waste. Due to the replacement carpets after the initial clean was necessary to go back but unfortunately final state low
