We called in this company as we needed the gutter of both houses and the shared down pipe to be thoroughly cleaned. They were so blocked that, whenever there was rain, the water would overflow and cone down in buckets right over both front doors. Daniel turned up promptly at the agreed time - very friendly and personable. He did an excellent, professional job. He cleaned out the all the obstructions and took before and after photos to show the causes of the gutter problems and their resolution. An excellent company. Highly recommended

Communication to arrange the work was prompt and professional. Everything was explained in advance so we knew what to expect. The technician arrived when expected and was courteous and respectful to us and our property. He explained what he’d be doing and worked hard and tidily. His visit was followed up by communication from the office to check if everything was ok and then we were invoiced. The cost was reasonable compared with some others - not the cheapest but by no means the most expensive. We have felt that our custom is valued and would highly recommend ProClean.

Kept us informed and kept to agreed times. Work was done to high standard including where access was very difficult. Pleasant and courteous.
