Jordan and his team is an absolute pleasure to deal with. The units were installed within the timeframe that was given and to the highest standards. Any doubts that I had was promptly cleared by Jordan and he also took the time to explain clearly the process involved. At every stage they kept us well informed in advance if there was going to be any changes. In terms of pricing they are very competitive and transparent and I would happily recommend Pro cooling services to anyone who is considering having ac units installed.

Jordan and his guys were fantastic. 2 days to fit the Split-Type AC (2 outdoor units and 2 indoor units). The work quality was 1st class throughout. I definitely recommend this company for future works. The cost of my works were 20% cheaper than the second other cheapest quote so that’s quite a saving! Also I have best units available by Mitsubishi and this Zen model looks super modern and has loads of features including WiFi (controlled via an app) and has a Heating option too for the winter plus comes in 3 colours. Jordan was excellent in explaining the different units on the market.
