Boiler service
Joe arrived on time, brought everything with him, put plastic overshoes on as he came through the door. Very polite, friendly and cheerful. He completed the service speedily with no problems. He is very professional, tidy and thorough. This is the second time he has done our annual service and I will book him again for next year v I have Nov reservation about recommending him. Excellent service.
A huge 2 floor side extension. Covering first fixes, underfloor heating. New boiler and control system
Joe Proctor and his team worked tirelessly and professionally on our project. Showing experience and expertise in abundance. From first fixing to an installation of a huge bathroom the work was excellent. We trusted Joe with new heating system and central controls, back up water cylinder to support a 2 person jacuzzi bath and 2 rain showers, new and relocated boiler, underfloor heating and second fixes. Alongside new pipes and an attention to detail far beyond our own high standards. He was from start to end a pleasure to have in our home. Hardworking and relaxed. Lucky to have found him…

New central heating system including boiler, radiators, and pipework; bathroom and kitchen plumbing
Joe, Tom, Josh, and Sean all worked on completely re-doing all things gas and water-y in our house, and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. New boiler, eight new radiators, pipework, bathroom (excl. Flooring and tiling), downstairs loo/utility, and the kitchen all seen to. Quick to resolve any issues (e.G. The unavoidable valve weeps when pressurising the CH system), and always on hand for advice and to solve problems of my own making. Would highly recommend Proctor Heating and Plumbing, and use them again in the future without a second thought.
Replacement of hot water header, heating expansion tanks and a flush/refill of central heating
