  Investigate damp in front room

  Stephen and colleague arrived on time. We were given some good professional advice on dealing with the problem. We were not charged for this. Very happy to recommend pro dry.

  Damp emerging from behind built in fridge freezer

  Pro-dry diagnosed Problem from previous builder’s work. Damp in flank wall coming in behind built in fridge freezer. Awkward access and tight space. Prep was careful and considerate, as was the remedial work. All was put back in place and clean up was thorough. Very pleased.

  Stephen was professional and efficient in giving a quote for treatment of Dry Rot on a property purchase. Gave honest feedback and alternative route to remedy the problem without having to undertake major work. Will definitely be hiring him in the future.

  Damp proofing and kitchen refit

  Absolutely spot on, I couldn’t be happier. Steven was down to earth, friendly, realistic and honest and work was carried out to the highest standard. They were not happy to leave anything at just “good enough”, they made sure they did the best possible job in all aspects of the work. Can’t recommend them enough.
