Zain was very pleasant, professional, and hard working. Hi work approach is very thorough, meticulous and high standard. He really is a hard grafter, nothing was too much trouble. I felt confident in his ability, which is reassuring, and his Respect for the property! The paths, flags, windows and frames are gleaming, the gutters are clear. Wonderful!

Pro Ex was here earlier than expected which was brilliant. However he did clean the interior and exterior of our guttering fine but before booking we asked about wether they would check for any repairs and report that to us and how much that would cost, when he was here and I asked numerous time about repairing things or if there was faults it was brushed past and I was advised to just do it myself. [ADDITION [03/08/26] Since my review the company has reached out to help rectify my issues. This was appreciated.

They were prompt with replies and were able to quickly do the job. They were also very helpful and answered all my questions clearly.
