Replacing fascias and soffits
Really pleased, competitive price. They removed and reinstalled a long aluminium guttering strip which no other company was prepared to attempt.
Remove old tiles and replace with new facia boards
Fantatsic job abd a great team of lads.
Fascia, soffits, guttering, and cladding to a bungalow.
The job was completed to the highest standards and bang on time. Every aspect of roofline and cladding to a porch and double dormer window to our bungalow. The finish is a superb job with a friendly and courteous team carrying out the work. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pro-Fascia.
Replacement fascia, soffits, guttering and downpipes
Excellent workmanship/self regulating. Daily update before work started, together with daily site tidy. Had seen gang working on neighbours house. Their overall approach led to my placing an order.
Replace Fascia, Soffits and Guttering front and rear
The work was completed satisfactorily but we discovered during our first serious rainfall that the rear guttering was overflowing. We contacted the company and - after several attempts - they returned and made some tweaks which proved ineffective. We contacted them again some months later and they made more tweaks which succeeded in moving the overflow to another area. We left this for a another year or so before trying to contact them but they did not respond to our messages. We therefore got another local supplier to correct the problems at our own expense. Not at all impressed.

I have recently recieved a negative review from a customer. He has mentioned that he tried to get hold of me recently to carry out remedial work, but i havnt taken a call from him, and havnt recieved an email. Please could you enter a reply for me to his email as follows Dear Customer Im sorry that no one got back to on this matter. I have checked my emails recently and dont appear to have one. If a voice call has gone unoticed, then once again apologies. It is not my practice to avoid going back to any remedial work, as as my reviews show. I know how important it is to keep good relationships with my customers, and honour the 10 year guarantee given. I can assure you that if you need to contact me again for any reason relating to the work installed, then your guarantee is still valid for a further 7 years.
