Use Pat for small or large jobs and you won't be disappointed
Over a period of 18 months Pat has completely renovated our house. The work he has carried out has included repairing guttering , laying patio slabs,knocking down walls, erecting partition walls, fitting doors, carpentry work, plastering and painting and decorating. He has managed the work throughout, liasing with the plumber, electrician and building regulations Company. All works carried out will meet all technical requirements, manufacturers specifications and correct working practices. I am always friendly, Professional and considerate to your needs with the aim to work discreetly and quietly where possible and to create as little disruption to you and your home as i can with work finished to a high standard with attention to detail. I source the best quality materials suitable for the job at a fair price, and only liaise with other tradesmen known personally to me when needed who also honour my high standards. All working areas will be left tidy and safe.
