I had heating problems just before New Year. Rather than charge me, guessing it was a simple issue, Simon talked me through how to diagnose and then fix the problem myself. This probably took an hour of his family time and yet he wouldn’t charge. A week later, I have totally different boiler problems due to a frozen condensate line. Simon has again talked me through how to get back up and running and how to avoid the same problem in the cold weather ahead. After prompting, all he wants is a charity donation. I have used Simon for several years now and he has always been brilliant.

I’ve had a new boiler fitted by Simon and he did a great job. He also has good advice and is a pleasure to work with.

Simon is extremley professional, considerate and efficient and I highly recommend him. I engaged him to replace or repair a leaking tri-way kitchen tap and after discussion it was agreed that it was best to replace it. He sourced the item and returned to fit it, and took time to thoroughly test it and also took the trouble to re-seat some waste pipework underneath that had been troublesome for sometime. Nothing was too much trouble and he kept to his original quote.

Simon was friendly, helpful, efficient and did a high quality job. Making the arrangements etc was no hassle at all, he arrived exactly when he said he would and the work went as planned. I would highly recommend Simon - Professor Plumb.
