Simon is extremley professional, considerate and efficient and I highly recommend him. I engaged him to replace or repair a leaking tri-way kitchen tap and after discussion it was agreed that it was best to replace it. He sourced the item and returned to fit it, and took time to thoroughly test it and also took the trouble to re-seat some waste pipework underneath that had been troublesome for sometime. Nothing was too much trouble and he kept to his original quote.

Simon was friendly, helpful, efficient and did a high quality job. Making the arrangements etc was no hassle at all, he arrived exactly when he said he would and the work went as planned. I would highly recommend Simon - Professor Plumb.

Prompt and efficient

Both the service and valve replaced faster than expected. Made sure everything was working as it should before leaving. Can't recommend him highly enough, rest assured that you will get an excellent service without any unnecessary work being added on like some others in the area. Will definitely be using again for the next service
