Bathroom renovation
Radek and his team did an amazing job helping with my bathroom renovation! It was a very small space which needed careful planning and consideration, and Radek was helpful from the start to the end of the process with ideas and suggestions, allowing the perfect result at the end. His team worked so hard and to an extremely high standard. Radek communicated extremely well throughout the whole process and was always on hand to answer questions. Maintenance and Landlord support throughout

Reliable, Honest and knowledgeable
I have known Radek from Proficient Property Services for many years and he has done many jobs and projects for us. Excellent building company, dependable and remove the stress!
Radek built an extension on our house for us to create a kitchen living space and a downstairs shower toilet. He managed and completed the work on a tight timeline, including fixing some previously unknown serious drainage issues under our house. The work is always high-quality and Radek will happily work with you to find the best solution possible based on what you want, when you need it by and your budget.
