Edris was very professional and exhibited good knowledge of unvented systems. Edris was reasonable in his charge and made some good recommendations to address some faults.

Idris attended our home during an emergency, and I cannot praise him highly enough. His attitude, professionalism, patience, and consideration for everyone in the house were truly exceptional. He handled the situation superbly, taking the time to make sure everything was dealt with properly and professionally. His an excellent example of a Gas Safe registered engineer who takes great pride in his work and treats people with kindness and respect. 100% I would recommend good services. Really good service from Edris and Gibo. Fast response. Knows what they’re doing. Professional, reliable, friendly, efficient. Went above and beyond and knocked quite a bit off the original price. Helped deal with difficult neighbours and fixed the issue. Highly recommend.

Edris was amazing. He is very bright and quickly identified the issue. He also resolved it quickly - super honest- didn’t drag out the visit in any way - and made sure everything was running as it should- he even reset our hive. Highly recommended.
