I paid Westly £1,500 to repair a roof leak. He changed a few tiles, and told me that he had thoroughly checked the roof and that there should be no further problems. However, after the first rainfall, just two days after the work was completed, my roof leaked heavily through the chimney. I contacted the company to report the issue, but instead of addressing the problem, I was told that he had originally suggested a new roof and that I had declined. He also stated that his repair work did not come with a warranty. And he blocked my number!!

Westley pressure washed the block paving, remanded and sealed. He moved planters to do the work and cleared up after the pressure washing. Every process was explained.

Appreciate the work done Wesley. He was very professional the whole time. He advised me the correct and efficient way to proceed. I’ll get in touch in future for roof related and other works.

Westley explained the problem clearly and provided a detailed estimate for the repair. He completed the work efficiently and left the workspace clean and tidy. After the completion of the first work I advised him of an issue I was having at another property he agreed to go and take a look straight away. He then advised what the issue was and what his recommendations were. He offered to do some repairs there and then which I was most grateful for. I appreciated his professionalism and expertise throughout the process. I would hire Profix again for any future needs.

After experiencing a leak on the bay window, job posted and responded to quickly. The job was done quickly, and to an excellent standard.
