    Came to fix a leaking water feed and also cut pipes to enable easier fixing of flexible tap hosing. Quick, honest and did a great job. Also had a lovely chat with Garry throughout; nice to have work completed by someone who is clearly skilled in their work and also a nice chap.

    Promptly answered the phone and came to give us an estimated straight away. Gave us a reminder the day before work was scheduled to be carried out and turned on time. The job turned out to be more difficult than expected so took longer. The fitter was pleasant at all times and did not charge anymore. Overall very pleased with this company and will definitely use them again.

  • Kitchen drain kept overflowing

    I phoned Proflo up around 11 am and explained the problem of our kitchen drain overflowing. Gary said he could call in later that afternoon but wasn’t sure what time as he was on another job. True to his word he arrived around 4.30 ish and started work on the problem, which was solved in around an about an hour. He was polite, friendly and gave us advice how to reduce this happening again. I would certainly recommend this company and would use them again.
