Reece contacted me after I had put in a request via checkatrade, and was immediately on the case. very prompt,and polite. I immediately felt at ease knowing I wasn't being ripped off. The job turned out to be bigger than we originally thought after the bath was pulled out and we could see the cause of the problem. Reece dealt with everything for me and always kept me updated. I highly recommend pro-flow, and will definitely be using them again.

We had the great idea to replace a pinch grip and put the shower back together in completely wrong way. Reece was so quick in getting in touch and saving the day, fitting us in same day and communicating to say he was on the way. Talked me through it all and showed me the parts and answered questions. Will definitely use for future jobs!
