Very professional, very polite. Grant and his team done a fantastic job.

The team arrived on time and started work straight away, remained on site until the work was completed, would highly recommend them.

After new boiler install tradesman warned of need to replace old rads. Did not warn of risk prior. Heating failed next-day needing costly rads replacement. After invoice rec'd, asked for details of extra charges (elecs), replied saying “unfair”, £800 for fusebox install is "standard" with brief email detail. He expected reply after 11pm. After work other tradesman discovered fusebox without cable gland on mains cable. NIC Certificate never received (paid for). Telephone mannar nice to angry/aggressive. Pipe leaked into new kitchen. Temp patch (our plumber). Requested for 1 month for fix. Fixed 1 month later. After leaked again worse.
