We employed this so called roofing company to install new facias, soffits, gutters and down pipes. The work was I our option below standard and rushed. I asked the business owner about ventilation in the soffits and was told it wasn’t necessary. I’ve taken advice on this and it turns out it most definitely is necessary as if the is no ventilation it could lead to serious problems with the roof. The owner of the business had a man working with him. We discovered he was going through my tool box in my garage without permission. We only knew this due to us having a camera in there.

We discovered a small leak in our bedroom NYE. I messaged Proguard today as I knew it must be an issue with our roof. They came out the same day and identified the issue quickly. It turns out we had a big hole under the tiles. This could have been a nightmare but the issue was resolved quickly and for a reasonable price. Thank you so much for saving us from disaster and responding so quickly!

Jason came to take a look but did the repairs immediately, he secured the loose slates using tie ins rather than just silicon and resealed the flashing around the chimney breastworks. A good job in a very timely manner at a reasonable price, thank you Jason.

This is the second time I have used Jason. Friendly and reliable. Local tradesman to Knaresborough and Harrogate. I had a small leak from my flashing around my stack. Most roofers wouldn’t even entertain it. Contacted Jason and came to the house within 24 hours and quickly resolved the issue. I would highly recommend his services. Thanks again

Excellent service. Jason is polite, honest and gives you advice on what needs to be done, rather than what could be done in a perfect world. He came when he said he would, charged what he said he would and did the work efficiently, leaving the site tidy. Would recommend.

Contacted Jason from pro quard roofing ,he came out the next day ,replaced the broken tile ,would definitely recommend
