Fundamentally Flawed
First of all Alex is not an architect - and that should have been obvious to us when he failed to measure the building properly, with serious structural consequences, and designed our new bedroom with a totally unnecessary steel post right in the middle. Alex was the project liaison for the builders CCS, when we had serious water ingress issues he told us "sone water ingress is expected and reasonable" - it was 1000s of litres, and "you are living on a building site" when navigating wet live electrical wires to get to our only toilet. overall very unprofessional and cannot recommend at allVerified reviewerJob location: LS15
