Polite, professional and friendly company.
Matt came to quote at the time he said he would, booked us in that evening for 2 weeks after. Everything was clearly communicated both between WhatsApp and emails. The work (loft boarding, loft hatch, ladder and lighting) was to a very high standard and my house was left spotless after the install. Would highly recommend.Verified reviewerJob location: CO1010 Loft Floor Boarding

Excellent quality and value for money - highly recommend their professional work
I couldn’t be happier with the work Neal and Matt at ProjectSmart Ltd did for me. They exceeded my expectations, particularly given the budget, completing everything on time and with very little disruption. Communication throughout was excellent — they listened carefully to what I needed, were approachable and accommodating, and delivered everything within budget. The quality and service represented genuinely brilliant value for money, especially as I’d received quotes from others that were almost twice as much. The online system was good so I could check the quote and knew exactly what I wasJob location: CM2310 Loft Floor Boarding
