  Kitchen Extension

  Dave and his team added a 36sqm kitchen extension to the back of our house and completed a number of internal works, as well as landscaping our garden. The project was completed in the agreed timeframe and on budget. Dave was reliable, punctual and adaptable and we are still over the moon with how it all turned out. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dave and his team to anyone looking to make home improvements!

  Assessing damp bathroom for suspected leak.

  Dave fitted in a visit at short notice when I was very anxious about a possible leak. He was pleasant and professional, diagnosed a ventilation problem, and offered to write to the landlord who needs to fix it. I was so relieved. I would certainly trust him to carry out actual work, and will call him for future needs.

  Replaced missing pointing and fillets around bay window on period property

  So easy from start to finish. Explained very clearly what was needed. Completed in agreed timeframe and even fixed some broken guttering at no extra cost. Extremely tidy and left no mess at all. We will be booking again in the spring to replace our old patio and build a garden office. Thrilled with the service and an added bonus of a good sense of humour.

  Rear Groundfloor Extension to our home

  Dave at Project Wise did a phenomenal job on our house, we could not be happier. The quality of the workmanship is flawless as was the care with which it was carried out. We have hugely benefitted from Dave’s expertise and experience in the industry. Not only is his work of the highest standard but it was carried out with kindness, consideration and humour. I could not recommend Project Wise highly enough, thank you Dave for taking such good care of us (and our neighbours).

  Garden redevelopment

  Fantastic work from the team at Project Wise. The garden was originally on 3 levels with old decking, uneven concrete, and a collapsing wall. The team did everything in the garden including removing the decking, putting the garden on one level, replacing the failing wall, building planters, and paving two large areas. All work was carried out with care and attention to detail, resulting in a great finished product. Highly recommended.
