Prokil organised my remedial damp proof work without delay and sent clear instructions to me so I could prepare my home before they got started. I always got a quick response to any queries on the phone (Clare was excellent and explained everything clearly) and the work started on schedule as planned and was completed without delay. The workers who came were friendly, professional and considerate. They protected my flooring and worked cleanly. Charlie, who completed the internal work did a thorough job and is also a competent, talented plasterer. Thank you Prokil

They were fast, efficient and when they stripped back all the coverings they'd put down - the place was clean and tidy. Friendly and knowledgeable - I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I required a survey to ensure visible woodworm was not active. Peter came and did the survey. He confirmed there was no live woodworm and provided excellent advice. He was helpful and friendly.

Generally we were satisfied with the outcome of the work carried out here. The workmen were pleasant however, they were not too keen on clearing up at the end of the day!T
