Great price and an even better job. Prokil were highly professional in their communication and carried out the work in a timely manner to a top standard. They also left the place spotless. Will use again and have already recommended to others.

Relatively large job to damp proof most walls in a semi detached house and replace 2 joists and spray loft to prevent/kill infestation. All work carried out as agreed. Waste was removed and site left tidy. No problems encountered. Considerate workers. I would recommend this company for any damp proof type work.

I recently used Prokil for a damp issue in my flat in Brighton and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly without any pressure or upselling. They identified the source of the problem quickly and carried out the work efficiently and to a high standard. I had booked Prokil based on all the positive reviews on here but have since realised these are for the damp works they carried out. We had an absolutely disastrous experience with them for woodworm treatment and replacement of damaged flooring. I would avoid them at all costs for this type of work. The initial work was so dreadful that they had to come back another two times in an attempt to fix the works. Woodworm spray was applied to furniture in such a way that it damaged the furniture, while Prokil paid for repairs some damage was irreparable. The work done was half arsed and sloppy.
