Dry rot treatment and damp proofing in bathroom
Prokil came to our property initially in December 2020 for dry rot treatment and damp proofing of our bathroom. During the initial inspection Simon was very thorough and put our minds at ease. He also liaised with our bathroom company throughout to ensure everything ran smoothly and to plan. The workmen were efficient and professional. Recently, a bathroom installer damaged the damp proof membrane. Simon attended to assess the damage and within 24hrs the whole area had been fixed by Prokil. We highly recommended Prokil, and thank Simon for his hard work.
Cavity Clearance
Team turned up, dead on time, polite and totally professional. Explained what they would do, then SHOWED me the problem during the work. When they left, apart from new cement around some bricks, I wouldn't have known they had been here. Very tidy workers. Would I recommend? ABSOLUTELY !!!
Damp and Timber Report
From the minute we phoned - through to the receiving of the report - the customer service was outstanding. This included great telephone manner, flexibility regarding altering an appt time last minute and genuinely friendly and helpful when on site with an elderly customer. Water proof membrane
