Drilled through electrical cable and didn't advise me, only found out through the tenant. Put in 2 different extractor fans to those advised in survey. 1 passive air vent was smaller due to them taking the easy option of using a current vent. Was left for several weeks without communication as to when they were returning to put right the loft ducting which had been installed using the existing incorrect ducting which would have left water sitting there. 1st complaint to the director not dealt with satisfactorily and subsequently I was ignored by directors, their contractor contacted me.

The work was carried out efficiently. Cleaned up behind them and were very polite.

Really good service, polite and friendly workmen, very quick, hard working, even during this mad heatwave. Clean and tidy.

Prokil is excellent with Jo and the boys helping to fix the problem in a very efficient way. And one of the skirtboard was attached to the underlying tile so it couldn't be put back. After we bought the skirtboard, Poppy came and put it back very nicely. Thanks a lot for your help.
