Excellent company, highly recommended
I had a damp issue and contacted Prokil. The professionalism of this company is exceptional! From the time I contacted them, they finished the work in a week. We do not employ a sales team, with all our surveys being carried out by fully qualified surveyors. Our team of qualified surveyors has undergone internal and external training in CSTDB (Certificated surveyor of timber and dampness in buildings) and CSSW (Certificated surveyor in structural waterproofing) awarded by the Property Care Association (PCA) enabling them to correctly diagnose a damp, rising damp, woodworm or fungal decay problem and to recommend the correct remedial measures of controlling or treating them. Our remedial team consists of PCAQTs (PCA Qualified Technicians).

We are able to provide surveys and we will also guarantee any work that we undertake as well as also offering Insurance Backed Guarantees (IBG) with GPI (Guarantee Protection Insurance Ltd). It’s of paramount importance to the Prokil team that you receive excellent customer service and that your damp worries are over. This is why our damp-proof course treatment comes with the Prokil Guarantee; a 20-year guarantee for the service received.
