    Damp Survey and Works

    Prokil provided us a wonderful service - they came out to do an initial damp survey on our property followed by a further invasive survey on one room. Their technicians are incredibly professional and helpful. They came out over multiple days to ensure the work was carried out correctly! Furthermore the admin and operations team are wonderful with communication and tried to fit us in as quickly as possible. I couldn't recommend them enough!

    Neil came to visit my property for an assessment on my damp situation. He was extremely knowledgable, polite, on time and gave me enough details to feel confident about the issues. Would certainly request Neil on any future work.

    Lovely company

    Very helpful, told me they would look after me and they did. Fitted me in asap because I was so worried about the dryrot. Neil kept me informed of events and the men who carried out the work were polite and efficient. Mrs j bartlett

    Professional and efficient.

    I received a very professional service. Colette took all the necessary details, then arranged a survey date through the estate agent dealing with our house purchase. The surveyor, Neil Harold, compiled a thorough written report, which was sent out to me in a timely manner by Colette. All my emails and questions were dealt with and replied to quickly and I would highly recommend Prokil.

    Damp issue

    Neil and Collette have been a great help and support regarding the damp issue in my property and have been extremely promt in communication and carrying out inspection works and outlining a plan to rectify the issues found . Great team and I highly recomended them.
