Installing electricity to carport
This was our second time using Prolectrical. Firstly they installed 2 additional sockets and this time installed electricity to our carport. They were professional and efficient. Their work was neat and tidy. Communication was clear at all times and they were very reliable. We are very happy to recommend them.

Installation of Ring video doorbell
After I requested an appointment, the company rep sent a detailed email explaining what doorbell and chime/transformer would be suitable with a link to the Ring website, giving me a time and date, and letting me know exactly how much it would cost. Two electricians arrived on time and took about an hour to install the doorbell + chime/transformer. The only slight drawback was having to wait 3 weeks, but that obviously means that they're in demand and therefore good!

Replacing faulty downlight
I found Prolectrical to provide an excellent service from first contact with their office through to completion of the work. They are clearly a highly efficient and professional business with a straightforward and transparent pricing system. They arrived exactly when they said they would, carried out the work very carefully and promptly and cleared up meticulously. Very courteous and pleasant people to deal with who clearly care about providing a great service. I can recommend them unreservedly and will certainly use them again.

Job was booked in quickly but had to be moved, Christy-Anne kept us updated and well informed. The job was completed with minimal impact to us (we were both WFH) and the site left clean and tidy. I’d really recommend using their services.

Fitting and supplying electrics to our garden studio
We needed electrics supplied to the garden studio we were self-building. Jon and Olly ran the armoured cable from our house to the back of the garden, fitted all the internal wiring and sockets - as well as the internal panelling. They also completed the roofing with rubber membrane and retaining panels. They are great guys and so respectful of the property. Thank you so much. Highly recommended!!!
